Abstract: This seminar delivers a general overview of some concepts that a Chemical engineering program student has learned and its application to the design of plants and equipment. The presentation starts with the basic meaning of engineering and some rules that may be useful as a professional to develop a general overview of flow analysis, and major flow equipment such as pumps and compression equipment to show main characteristics, components, vendor information and components. Wishing to turn it into a brief, practical and quick experience of what to expect every day as a chemical engineering professional.
