Abstract
This plenary paper began by briefly outlining the linguistic, confidence- and group-building benefits of getting students to dramatise poetry and then detailed a possible systematic approach to identifying ways to develop students’ expressiveness through body and voice enabling them to perform a text in collaborative and creative ways.
