Abstract
The England Centre for Practice Development (ECPD) was commissioned through open tender to undertake a review of organisational culture experienced across the organisation. Recommendations are made to the Trust board to strengthen sustainable engagement with the organisation vision, values and promoting a sustainable transformation strategy.
The project aims were:
1. To identify where and how innovation and quality provision is being driven alongside where and how innovation uptake is being blocked.
2. To complete an analysis of the current implementation of the Organisational Development Strategy across the mental health provision at KMPT
3. To produce a board level report that identifies suggestions for next steps towards achieving sustainable cultural achievements.
