Abstract
In 2019, a roundup of DNA results on Scottish archaeological human remains was published (Sheridan et al 2018, published 2019). This captured the results of 267 individuals from Scotland’s past analysed by various projects and highlighted the dynamic state of this field of research. The aim of the original roundup was to lay the foundations for an eventual online, open-access database. The present roundup seeks to contribute to that original aim by providing a further update. Even during the pandemic, aDNA results continue to be generated at some rate and it is appropriate that roundups should continue to be produced until the database is
available.
