Abstract
This chapter explores the best evidence for the delivery of health-related legacies through physical activity and sport from Olympic and Paralympic Games. It then examines policy, strategy and outcomes for health-related legacies though physical activity and sport from Games since 2012, focusing particular attention on the London 2012 case. Finally, the chapter discusses whether it is possible to conclude that the delivery of such health-related legacies in practice is possible.
