Abstract
Rocío Bolaños performed the London premiere of ‘Classic Escalation of Commitment’ by Panos Ghikas, a real-time composition for bass clarinet and fixed audio. A derivative of the Unrealtime project, the work utilises techniques of real-time audio collage in the form of a video-score for controlled improvisation.
