Abstract
This note is a reply to Higgins-Desbiolles and Everingham, commenting on their response to an original 2021 article published in Tourism Recreation Research titled ‘Covid-19, tourism and the advocacy of degrowth’. It counters some of their claims as reflecting a partial reading of the original article, and takes issue with others.
