Abstract
The document summarizes the development of a learning and teaching support offer across three universities sharing a library. It describes establishing the initial offer to orient new students and introduce basic resources. The offer evolved through management changes, strategy shifts toward more local priorities, and input from various stakeholders. It was unveiled through presentations to committees and conversations with staff and student representatives. Over time, the offer was accepted, used by staff, and its delivery was integrated with other university services through collaborative approaches. The offer then provided a template for developing a similar program at one of the partner universities.
