    Abstract

    This chapter discusses how hospitality facilities attract consumers through inspiring and engaging spaces. Well-known tourism establishments now strive to provide individual experiences full of passion and authenticity. Researching the effects that desirable or pleasurable experiences have on product success is becoming a mainstream topic in the field of ergonomics and environmental psychology. Effective design spaces can help organizations to differentiate their products and services better to help the product have a higher quality. Finally, a proper design space increases the possibility of improving the company's image.
