Abstract
This presentation examined lived experiences of trust in a shifting theatre climate among actors with physical impairments employed in Arts Council England's funded theatres. It considered how the pandemic may have influenced precarity in theatre for disabled people and routes to personal and shared responsibility for industry-wide change.
