Abstract

The management of stones in pelvic kidneys is challenging. It can be even more challenging when associated with a ureteropelvic junction (UPJ) obstruction.

In this video we present the management of UPJ obstruction with laparoscopic pyeloplasty with concomitant laparoscopic pyelolithotomy in a pelvic kidney.
