Abstract
The paper presents an empirical study on the impact of ‘digital learning and development log’ on formal and informal organisational learning. Using action-research method of inquiry, learning activities and outcomes of employees and managers on digital log created for continuous professional development (CPD) in a multinational services company were observed, documented, and analysed. The results highlight the role of the digital CPD-log in integrating formal and informal learning activities in the company, which positively influenced overall organisational learning and performance at multiple levels.
