Abstract
Project Liberty: Phase 2 (PL2) is an initiative run by a Kent-based charity, which specialises in supporting victims of domestic abuse. The project aimed at empowering participants, aged 16 to 24, to make meaningful, positive changes to their lives. As PL2 approached its end, the service provider manifested a desire to have it independently evaluated in a meaningful, ethical and academically informed way and engaged Canterbury Christ Church University (CCCU) to this effect. This report contains the results of the evaluation.
