Abstract
This article examines the characteristics of the governing rules of the Asian infrastructure investment Bank (AIIB), together with its external environment through the lens of corporate governance, game theory and regime theory. It argues that the governance and the environment of the AIIB facilitate a cooperative relationship with the World Bank.
