    Abstract

    It assesses whether the secrecy surrounding the negotiation of the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) has undermined the fundamental principles of democracy and human rights. Comments on various aspects of the TTIP negotiations from a human rights perspective, and particularly the proposed establishment of an international investment court system.
