Abstract
Drawing on the reported experience of a British politician, this chapter examines the question of how Christian educationalists who wish to live under the authority of the Bible might approach their understanding of learning. A constructivist way forward is offered drawing on the responsible hermeneutics theory advocated by theologian Anthony Thiselton.
