Widening access to clinical psychology: regional and local initiatives

    Abstract

    The British Psychological Society (Turpin & Fensom, 2004) made recommendations for addressing the under-representation of those from minority ethnic backgrounds in professional psychology. The impact of two regional and local initiatives to widen access to clinical psychology is discussed.
