    Abstract

    Health and Social Care is complex and as technology and treatments improve and advance so health and social care becomes increasingly difficult to navigate. Health and social care professionals need to reflect upon their values and philosophical approach to caring for others to ensure that best care is delivered in a way that meets the needs of the person requiring care.
